All purchases made at Mogger Shop are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returned items. Any items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moggershop@protonmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
